June Hill, BSN, RN, CNOR-ROBO, has been a pivotal figure in the field of robotic surgery for 18 years. Her career in robotics began at Bon Secours in Richmond, Virginia, when she initiated the robotics program in 2005. Starting as a robotic coordinator in the operating room, she progressed to Robotic Manager and subsequently became the Director of Robotic Surgery for Bon Secours Virginia. Currently, she holds the position of Director of Robotic Surgery for Inova Health System, where she manages a fleet of 21 daVinci Xi robots and one ION, overseeing a program that spans 10 surgical specialties.
Her extensive expertise encompasses both hands-on operational responsibilities and high-level strategic planning with executives. As a recognized authority in robotic surgery, June is frequently invited to speak at national forums for Intuitive Surgical and AORN.
